Junior Game Artist
Art Team
Salary Range: BDT 30,000 - BDT 40,000
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and self-driven Junior Game Artist to join our team. You will create game assets, UI elements, illustrations, and visual content for mobile games while collaborating closely with designers and developers. We value artists who can take ownership, work independently, leverage modern AI tools effectively, and contribute ideas rather than simply execute tasks.
Requirements:
- •Strong fundamentals in drawing, composition, color, and visual design
- •Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar digital art software
- •Ability to create polished 2D game assets and visual content
- •Familiarity with Unity and game asset integration workflows
- •Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and production
- •Ability to direct and refine AI-generated outputs to achieve production-quality results
- •Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
- •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- •Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality
- •Ability to take feedback and iterate efficiently
- •Portfolio showcasing relevant artwork and creative projects
Nice to Have:
- •Experience shipping game projects, personal or professional
- •Basic knowledge of Blender or other 3D software
- •Experience creating assets for mobile games
- •Understanding of game UI/UX principles
- •Basic animation experience
